What happens after she leaves for mantana, does Danny follow her??

i read that daany follows her to Montana and stays with her for the trial.

I also heard that when the verdict is made they are sitting together holding hands with Lindsey's head on Danny's sholder.

But thats what i heard, anyone know anything??
