TOUCH vs 24

Kiefer Sutherlands new show TOUCH is currently being broadcasted and has been renewed for a 2nd season. It's following the success of 24.

I love both shows, but what do you think is better?

You're comparing apples and oranges here, the only things these shows have in common are that Kiefer Sutherland's in it and it's being shown on Fox.

I loved what I saw of 24, I was a late-comer to the show but it constantly kept me on edge. Not to mention Jack Bauer is probably one of the most iconic characters of the decade.

The premise of Touch was nice and I liked the pilot episode, it's just a shame that subsequent episodes have been a bit... samey, uninspired and boring. I honestly feel like all I'm watching is KS chasing after the boy. I stopped watching after four episodes.

So 24 wins for me.

I'm with Crumbs--you can't really compare. The only thing they've got going for them is that Kiefer stars in both shows. Two totally different premises. I do watch Touch. I wouldn't say it's bad, but it is keeping up my curiosity. Just hope that Jake starts speaking at some point, and Martin can stop chasing him all over town--LOL. How does he manage to get into the places he gets into? :lol:

I think the only reason Touch got renewed is because Kiefer is on the show. Alcatraz and The Finder went down in flames. Kiefer Sutherland and FOX have a good history; very successful, so he was given another chance.

I wonder when we'll finally get that 24 movie?

I know both are very different shows. I'm a bigger fan of 24 but I also enjoy TOUCH too. Personally I think TOUCH has a very different pace to 24 where there was more action. So, I'm no comparing shows. I would just like to know what show they think is Kiefer Sutherlands best.
