Amy Laughlin is back as Erica Sikes, who was last seen in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season5/darkroom.shtml">"Darkroom"</a> during season five. Cara Santana appeared in the <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> episode <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season8/drops_out.shtml">"Drops' Out"</a>. Alexy Skuby was in an episode of <I>CSI</I> (<A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season6/rashomama.shtml">"Rashomama"</a>), and he also contributed his voice to a 2003 <I>CSI</I> videogame. The other actors are new to the franchise.<p><I>CSI: New York</I> discovers that all is not as it seems on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season5/forbidden_fruit.shtml">"Forbidden Fruit"</a>:<p><dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>The CSIs appear to have an open and shut case after a murder suspect is impaled during a police pursuit, but it turns out the investigation is just beginning.</font><p></dt></dl><p>This is <font color=yellow>John Behring</font>'s first turn in the director's chair for <I>New York</I>. <font color=yellow>Jill Abbinanti</font> wrote the episode with executive producer <font color=yellow>Peter Lenkov</font>. Abbinanti previously wrote the season four episode <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season4/buzzkill.shtml">"Buzzkill"</a>. Chris Carmack guest-starred in the <I>Miami</I> episode <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season5/kill_switch.shtml">"Kill Switch"</a>. Alvin Zalamea is credited with doing stunts in the <I>CSI</I> episode <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season8/episode_ten.shtml">"Lying Down With Dogs"</a>.<p>On Thursday, <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> will air a repeat of <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season9/art_imitates_life.shtml">"Art Imitates Life"</a> from earlier this season at 9:00pm ET/PT. The team investigated the mysterious deaths of several people whose poses maintained a semblance of life.<p>"Tipping Point", "Forbidden Fruit" and the repeat of "Art Imitates Life" begin airing December 15 on CBS.<center></center>
