The Who, which is the band responsible for all three CSI theme songs (”Who Are You”, “Won’t Get Fooled Again” and “Baba O’Riley”), will perform at the Bridgestone Super Bowl XLIV Halftime Show on February 7, 2010.

ah damn, i adore the who. i wonder if this will mean they do some shows in the uk too, as a tour. a one off show seems unlikely. i've seen pete townshend live by himself (he hugged me!) but never the who as a band. well not that i'll ever see the proper who as a band seeing as how john entwhistle and keith moon are dead, but even so. one of my favourite bands ever! having done a little check, roger daltrey has suggested there'll be a full 2010 tour, but no more than a hint really, and there's nothing on their website :(
