My job was 'Assistant Office Manager' which basically meant I had to get coffee. It looks a lot better on my CV than the job actually was

I hear ya' I had a job in San Diego..that was titled "telecommunications rep" which was basically a telemarketer.. hounding poeple to change their phone service

I've heard that the people who clean sewer holes are being promoted to 'Sewer managers' LOL. Can you imagine "I work in sewer management"
