'The Party's Over' & 'Miscarriage Of Justice' Official Details

The franchise offers two new episodes this week.<p>On Monday at 10:00pm ET/PT, <I>CSI: Miami</I> will air a repeat of <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season7/wont_get_fueled_again.shtml">"Won't Get Fueled Again"</a> from earlier this season. The team was on the case when stolen gasoline led to murder--and a dark secret was revealed.<p><I>CSI: New York</I> introduces a new nemesis for Mac on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season5/the_partys_over.shtml">"The Party's Over"</a>:<p><dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>When the Mayor's dead body falls from the ceiling, along with hundreds of balloons, at a charity fundraiser, Stella and her date find themselves in the middle of the crime scene and Mac goes head to head with Robert Dunbrook (Nelson).</font><p></dt></dl><p>This is the eighth episode of <I>New York</I> directed by <font color=yellow>Oz Scott</font>. His most recent turn in the director's chair was for <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season5/the_box.shtml">"The Box"</a> earlier this season. <font color=yellow>Barbie Kligman</font> has written two previous episodes of the show, including <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season4/taxi.shtml">"Taxi"</a>.<p>The following actors and actresses will have guest-starring roles in "The Party's Over":<p><ul><li><font color=yellow>Craig T. Ethan Erickson appeared briefly in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season5/turbulence.shtml">"Turbulence"</a> at the beginning of the season, and Jack McGee was in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season5/forbidden_fruit.shtml">"Forbidden Fruit"</a>. Al Vincente was in the <I>Miami</I> episode <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season3/killer_date.shtml">"Killer Date"</a>.<p>On Thursday, <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> investigates a <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season9/miscarriage_of_justice.shtml">"Miscarriage of Justice"</a> at 9:00pm ET/PT:<p><dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>While Langston testifies in the trial of a respected Congressman, new evidence sends the CSIs back to the lab to reopen the investigation.</font><p></dt></dl><p>This is the first time producer <font color=yellow>Louis Milito</font> has directed for the <I>CSI</I> franchise. <font color=yellow>Richard Catalani</font> co-wrote this episode with <font color=yellow>Jacqueline Hoyt</font>. Catalani has 15 writing credits for <I>CSI</I>, including the season eight finale <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season8/for_gedda.shtml">"For Gedda"</a>.
