Dead on Arrival
POOL OF BODY PARTS!

It was a hot and stormy night , the winds where blowing north west. Max and his younger brother where sleeping down stairs under the new ceiling fan that there father had just put in that afternoon. Max woke up in a shock , he looked out the window breathing heavenly. Max then woke his younger brother up and said , Steven did you here that sound? Steven replied , what sound Max?
Max said , a few minutes ago I herd someone yelling help! Max just go back to sleep , it was probably just the wind you herd whistling.
Max laid back down and as soon as he closed his eyes , he herd the same sound again but this time it was a lot weaker and it sounded a lot closer to the house then it did before. The next morning Max and Steven both jumped up and ran outside to see if they could see anything or where the noise was coming from. Steven ran around back and could see anything moved or missing.
As Steven walked back towards the front of the house , he stopped and walked back to the back gate and looked over towards the pool. Steven then ran back out to the front and said Max! Max! , you have to come and see the pool there is something in the water? Max replied , Steven what are you talking about? Steven then grabbed Max’s arm and pulled him to the back gate to show him what he was talking about.
Max then said , umm what Am I looking at Steven? Steven then replied , are you blind , look towards the pool Max. When Max looked at the pool , he then told his younger brother Steven to go call the police right now.
Steven ran back inside the house and picked up the phone and called the police. Steven was sent put right through to dispatch. Steven said , my brother Max , just told me that there is a bunch of body parts in our pool! Sue then replied , okay Steven I need you to tell me where you live okay so I can tell the police. Steven answered , I live at 1398 South drive.
Sue then said , okay Steven what I want you to do is to go find your brother and tell him to not touch anything around the pool or go near anything? Steven replied , okay I’ll be right back.
A minute later Steven returned and said , okay Sue I told hm everything that you told me. Sue then said , okay the police should be there very shortly just don’t let anyone in your back yard or walk on the lawn okay? Steven then told Sue that the police had arrived. Sue said , okay Steven hang up the phone and go talk with the officer’s that are there. Steven then hung up the phone and ran out side and told Captain Brass that there were body parts in the pool. Captain Brass then ran in between the house’s and called for to csi’s to come to 1398 South drive.
In the mean time captain Brass said , okay here is what I need from one of you boys? I one of you to go in the house and call your parents and tell them that they need to come home and talk with the police about the body parts. Max then replied , okay sir Steven go in the house and call mom and tell her that captain Brass wants her to come home right now.
While Steven was on the phone , Nick and Sara where just finishing up a case back at the csi head quoters , when Grissem walked in the room and handed Nick and Sara the paper and said , we have another 419 at 1398 South drive. I need you two to go check it out.
Nick replied , Sara don’t you live just a few doors down from that house? Sara answered , no but I know Cathern live’s around there somewhere with her daughter Lindsay.
Nick and Sara hopped in the car and sped off to 1398 South Drive. When they pulled up they were met by captain Brass and two uniformed officer’s who were first on the scene and cleared it. Brass told Nick and Sara , the parts of the body look to be male in the late 20's early 30.
Sara looked around the pool for a weapon but couldn’t find one. Nick then said , hey Sara I got a part of a print here on the side of the pool this might be our suspect? Sara then replied , yeah I got a axe blade over here.
Short while later Max and Steven’s parents pulled up to find police crime tape around there house. Max then said , Mom , dad this is captain Brass he is with the police department. Captain Brass then said , thanks Max?
Brass then said , umm Miss and Mr. Parker I’m sorry to have to tell you this but right now your house is part of a murder investigation and because your boys found the parts of the body we will need to ask you if it’s okay to ask them a few questions?
Max and Steven then said , our parents are coming with us right? Captain Brass then replied okay boys it’s time to go for a little ride down to the sation. Your mom and dad will be following us. Nick and Sara were just finishing up collecting the last little bit of blood from the pool. Back at the station Max and Steven were split up and sent to different rooms to be question. Grissem and Brass walked in to interview room 1 to question Steven. Steven told , Grissem and Brass that his brother Max woke up that night and said he herd something in the back yard , but he wasn’t really sure what it was.
After an hour of questioning Steven was sent out to the waiting room to wait with his parents. Greg and Sara then walked down the hall to interview , Max. Greg said , okay Max what did you hear in the middle of the night? Max then told Greg that he had herd strange sounds coming from the back yard , but he wasn’t really sure where.
Sara then asked Max , if he could remember what he herd? Max said , I know I herd screaming , but after that I cant remember.
Month later Brass walked in to Grissem’s office and told him , the case is cold you don’t have any other leads , to keep the case open. Grissem called Nick and Sara and told them that , there case has gone cold.
Nick asked , Grissem I have a lead I’m working on right now! Grissem replied , ok I’ll keep the case open for another 2 weeks but if this lead does not result in the case being solved its going in the cold case files.
As week one was coming to a end homicide called Nick and said that a young man has just turned him self in and clams he chopped up our victims body. Nick and Sara both ran up four flights of stairs just to interview the suspect. Nick walked in the room and sat down across from the suspect. Sara then asked , help me understand what happened that night?
The suspect told Nick and Sara that he had picked up a guy. They then drove around. Nick laughed and said , common now you expect us to believe that you pick up a guy off the street just to drive around? I don’t think that’s what happened.
Sara then said , here’s what we think happened! You and the vic met up at North Ave. You and the vic then get in to a fight , and you stab the vic several time’s , before dismantling his body and tossing him in to the pool.
The suspect sat back and said , ok! I did it? He deserved to die! Nick then said , dude nobody deserves to die.
