Anthony Nacarato was in the New York episode "Enough" earlier this season.

Anastasia Ganias ("Won't Get Fueled Again")

Stephen Sowan appeared in the New York episode "Sex, Lies and Silicone" earlier this season.
I guess they definitely changed their rules.

Supervising producer Trey Callaway has written four previous episodes of the show, including "Page Turner" from earlier this season. (Callaway also appears in "The Triangle" as a disgruntled man.)
He also wrote "Hell House", the first Supernatural episode with AJ Buckley in it. :D
