Tech Question - CSI Miami "in the wind" 8x14

At the end of the episode, H calls his son in a war zone using SKYPE from his laptop.

What operating system was on H's laptop (red animated wallpaper)?

anyone know the answer?
 
I guess it was a program one of the techies in Miami put together cause it says 'GO' where I've got my 'start' button but they did try to show it more "inphase" with the colors of the programs they use in the AV Lab. Must say, it looks nothing like Mac.

Though, Kyle's lappy looked like the classic Windows Vista.
 
It is not a Mac - PC looks like a dell, but for the life of me I cannot figure out the Operating system. it could be a version of linux (but which one) there are thousands of choices..
