The franchise offers two new episodes this week.<p><I>CSI: Miami</I> gets personal on Monday at 10:00pm ET/PT when the team makes a shocking discovery in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season7/target_specific.shtml">"Target Specific"</a>:<p><dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>A home invasion becomes much more when the team finds out they're being targeted by the Russian mob.</font><p></dt></dl><p>The episode was directed by <font color=yellow>Sam Hill</font>, who has helmed 17 previous episodes. Andrew Divoff is back as Ivan Sarnoff, who previously appeared in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season7/raging_cannibal.shtml">"Raging Cannibal"</a> and <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season7/and_theyre_offed.shtml">"And They're Offed"</a>. Steven Brand was in the <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> episode <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season5/crows_feet.shtml">"Crow's Feet"</a>, and Joe Manganiello was in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season6/daddys_little_girl.shtml">"Daddy's Little Girl"</a>. The rest of the guest stars are making their first appearance in the franchise.<p>On Thursday, <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> will be preempted for the second week in a row while CBS airs the regional semifinals of the <I>NCAA Basketball Tournament</I>.<p>"Target Specific" and "Communication Breakdown" begin airing March 23 on CBS.<center></center>
