Captain
It was everything she could have hoped for.
As CSI Files previously reported, singing sensation Taylor Swift will appear in an upcoming episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In the episode, set to air March 5, Swift will play Haley, the troubled daughter of seedy motel owners. The role is dark and "edgy" according to executive producer Carol Mendelsohn.
"I'm a 16-year-old girl who goes through all these changes," Swift told the Winnipeg Sun. To show that the character altered her hair from brown to black over a period of time, Swift wore a series of wigs. Haley also "changes her attitude and her actions and her friends -- and it has tragic consequences," Swift continued.
The singer said that working on CSI was a dream come true. "Getting to do scenes with my favourite characters was amazing," she shared. "I had basically said in almost all my interviews that my dream was to guest star on CSI and so I got a meeting with the writer Carol, and I thought it was going to be a sort of, 'Hi, I'm Taylor, please consider me for future endeavours.' And really, I walked in and she had a script on the desk and she said, 'I think I have a part for you.' It was so crazy."
The original interview is from the Winnipeg Sun.
