Well, this has been asked quite a few times and no straight answer has been found. :lol:

I'm pretty sure it is by a band called 'Juanes' but the actual song name I'm not sure of, I'm still working through their song list to find out. ;)
 
I have finally found it *yay*. You're right cathwillows. Luis Pousa is his full name, the song is called 'corazon' and it's from an album called Acapulco 70. It's not very widely available, and it's not on iTunes. But I did find it at amazon (and confirmed the song from a preview).

If you're looking for it I would search under the album name though, because corazon is a common word, and the title of a lot of songs, similarly Luis didn't tend to find it either... :)
