Song at the beginning of "Like Water For Murder"

Does anyone know the title/artist of the song at the beginning of the CSI: NY episode "Like Water For Murder?" I think it's just after the title sequence/tease when they're still showing the guest credits. It has a female singer, and the refrain is "Little fish, big fish swimming in the water, come back here and give me my daughter."

I'm pretty sure I've heard it before, but I just don't remember. It's an awesome song, and I'd like to be able to buy a copy of it or check the artist out further.

I knew it was some alt rock artist like PJ Harvey or Liz Phair, but I wasn't sure.
