Captain
The second half of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's sophomore season hits stores in Europe today.

Momentum Entertainment's three-disc set, which includes the final eleven episodes of the second season, is available online from Amazon.co.uk at a price of £30.74, 25 percent off the list price. This package is only available in Region 2 and will not play on North American DVD players.

The DVD package contains several pivotal CSI episodes, including "Identity Crisis", which features the return of Paul Millander; the CSI: Miami pilot, "Cross-Jurisdictions"; and "The Hunger Artist", in which Gil Grissom learns he is going deaf.

Just like the season two, part one set, the latest DVD package includes several bonus features. The four featurettes are entitled "The CSI Tour", "Shooting Locations", "Making of a Hit" and "Tools of the Trade", and the set also contains a trailer for season three. Viewers with a DVD-ROM machine will be able to access a further feature, called "Recovered Evidence".

For fans who don't already have the first part of season two, Amazon.co.uk is also offering a special pack containing both halves of CSI's second season. The complete package will be released on November 3, 2003, and is available for pre-order for £39.99, which represents a saving of 33 percent.

CSI: Miami fans shouldn't feel left out of all the DVD action, with the Florida-based series scheduled to be released on February 16, 2004, according to Amazon.co.uk. Although no technical details are available yet, the set will include the first half of the show's debut season and can be pre-ordered for £30.74 from the online retailer.

This information only applies to Region 2 (Europe), and it is not yet known when CSI: Miami will be released in Region 1 (North America).
