Hit and Run
Hi. I'm a graduate student finsihing my masters in Education; however, I am not YET teaching. With that said I have an assignment which calls for me to write up an "original" case study (students-teachers-admins/negligence/liability, first amendment (expression -- speech, press, petition, assemby), 8th amendment (search & seizure), expulsion & supsension, etc.) and then argue the mistakes made & how an administation SHOULD have handled the situation.
