Great review, as always. :)

Flack was great (especially in that interrogation scene), and I really enjoyed the humor in his scenes with Danny - so much of it was all about facial expressions, which they totally pulled off.

I liked that Mac connected with James, but that shootout was ridiculous.

Also ridiculous was Rufus' accent. WTF kind of accent was that?

It's nice when an episode really makes you feel connected to a victim or suspect (since so often I don't feel any kind of connection to the here-today-gone-tomorrow guest stars), and this one did a good job of making the viewer sympathetic to what happened to James and how a few random choices led to so much tragedy.
