Two members of the franchise sat it out last week, and the flagship series got mixed results.<p><I>CSI: Miami</I> was replaced by an encore of <I>The Mentalist</I> on Monday, which pulled in 9.43 million viewers and a 2.5 rating/7 share in the crucial 18-49 demo. <I>Mentalist</I> earned the top spot in viewers but second place in the demo behind <I>Medium</I> (2.6/7).<p>A new episode of <I>Criminal Minds</I> aired in <I>CSI: New York</I>'s timeslot on Wednesday, pulling in 13.55 million viewers and 3.5/10 in the key demo to win the hour.<p><I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> was the only member of the franchise to air last week. It shared the top spot with <I>Grey's Anatomy</I>. <I>CSI</I> (14.45 million) came out on top in overall viewers, beating <I>Grey's</I> 13.22 million. In the 18-49 demo, however, <I>Grey's</I> came in first with 4.9/13, beating <I>CSI</I>'s 3.6/9.
