The franchise claims one more victory before the year ends.<p>The final new episode of <I>CSI: Miami</I> until the first of the year came out on top in its timeslot with 14.46 million viewers. The series finale of <I>My Own Worst Enemy</I> came in second with 4.08 million viewers, and the second half of a two-hour episode of <I>20/20</I> was third with 3.41 million. In the 18-49 demographic, <I>Miami</I> earned a 3.7 rating/9 share at 10:00pm, rising to 3.9/10 at the half-hour. This put it ahead of <I>Enemy</I> (1.7/4) and <I>20/20</I> (1.2/3).<p>On Wednesday, <I>New York</I>'s last new episode of 2008 pulled in 13.26 million viewers, putting it ahead of <I>Law and Order</I> (6.95 million) and <I>Dirty Sexy Money</I> (5.18 million). <I>CSI: NY</I> also came out on top in the key demographic with 3.6/10. <I>Law</I> was second with 1.8/5, rising to 2.0/6 at the half-hour, and <I>Money</I> was third with 1.7/5.<p><I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> came out on top in an hour full of drama repeats. The re-aired episode pulled in 12.57 million viewers, putting it ahead of <I>Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?</I> (6.95 million), a repeat of <I>Grey's Anatomy</I> (5.52 million), an NBC combo of <I>The Office</I> (4.99 million) and <I>30 Rock</I> (4.66 million) repeats, and a repeat of <I>Supernatural</I> (2.07 million) on the CW. In the 18-49 demo, <I>CSI</I> earned 2.9/8, putting it ahead of NBC's combo (2.3/7 for <I>The Office</I> and 2.0/5 for <I>30 Rock</I>), <I>Grey's</I> (1.8/5), <I>Fifth Grader</I> (1.5/4 at 9:00pm, rising to 1.9/5 at 9:30pm) and <I>Supernatural</I> (0.8/2).
