It was something of a rocky week for the <I>CSI</I> franchise.<p>Monday was the eve of the US Presidential election. <I>CSI: Miami</I> came in second behind the <I>Saturday Night Live Presidential Bash</I>, which had an average of 13.32 million viewers during the 10:00pm hour and a 5.8 rating/14 share (falling to 5.0/13 at the half-hour) in the 18-49 demographic. <I>Miami</I> had 12.67 million viewers and 3.6/9. <I>Boston Legal</I> rounded out the hour with 7.22 million viewers and 2.0/5.<p><I>CSI: New York</I> won its timeslot on Wednesday, but the viewer numbers were down to a season low 11.75 million. It had 3.3/9 in the 18-49 demo. The premiere of <I>Law and Order</I>'s nineteenth season came in second with 7.85 million viewers and 2.2/7. <I>Dirty Sexy Money</I> was third with 6.25 million and 2.0/6.<p>It was a typical Thursday, with <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> and <I>Grey's Anatomy</I> sharing the 9:00pm hour. <I>CSI</I> came in first in viewers with 18.11 million, beating <I>Grey's</I> 15.63 million. In the 18-49 demo, prized by advertisers, <I>Grey's</I> beat <I>CSI</I>, 5.9/14 to 5.1/12. NBC had third place for the hour with a combination of <I>The Office</I> (8.35 million, 4.2/10) and <I>30 Rock</I> (8.00 million, 3.9/9). Fox's <I>Kitchen Nightmares</I> (4.69 million, 2.2/5) and <I>Supernatural</I> (3.73 million, 1.6/4) rounded out the hour. <I>CSI</I> lead-out <I>Eleventh Hour</I> won the 10:00pm hour in viewers (10.97 million) and got second in 18-49 (3.1/8) behind <I>ER</I>.
