The franchise comes up short against sports.<p>On Monday, a repeat of <I>CSI: Miami</I> came in second behind baseball with 10.41 million viewers and a 3.0 rating/7 share in the 18-49 demographic. <I>Boston Legal</I> came in third with 9.10 million viewers and 2.3/6, which made it tied with <I>My Own Worst Enemy</I> in the key demo. <I>Enemy</I> came in fourth in overall viewers with 5.25 million.<p>A new episode of <I>CSI: New York</I> took second place behind baseball on Wednesday with 13.63 million viewers and 3.4/9 in the 18-49 demo. <I>Dirty Sexy Money</I> (6.08 million, 2.0/5) and <I>Lipstick Jungle</I> (4.90 million, 1.9/ 5) came in third and fourth, respectively.<p><I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> was number one for the evening Thursday in overall viewers with 18.64 million. <I>Grey's Anatomy</I> came in second for the hour with 15.05 million viewers. In the 18-49 demographic, <I>Grey's</I> won the hour (and the night) with 5.6/14, beating out <I>CSI</I>'s 4.7/12. NBC was third with a combination of <I>The Office</I> (9.32 million, 4.7/12) and <I>30 Rock</I> (8.53 million, 4.1/10). Fox had an average of 3.81 million viewers and 1.6/4 from 8:00-10:00pm from two repeats of <I>Kitchen Nightmares</I>, and <I>Supernatural</I> came in fifth with 3.53 million viewers and 1.5/4 at 9:00pm.
