The franchise continues to be strong competition.<p><I>CSI: Miami</I> earned the top spot on Monday with 13.25 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/10 share in the 18-49 demographic. <I>Boston Legal</I> had 8.96 million viewers, earning the second place spot, and <I>My Own Worst Enemy</I> had 5.72 million. In 18-49, <I>Enemy</I> had 2.5/6, which was enough to beat <I>Boston</I>'s 2.4/6. Year-to-year, <I>Miami</I> lost 2.34 million viewers and 21\% in the key demo compared to October 22, 2007.<p>On Wednesday, <I>CSI: New York</I> had the highest viewer numbers with 14.24 million, but it came in second in the 18-49 demo with 3.9/10 due to the World Series airing on Fox. Game One had an average of 13.82 million viewers from 10:00-11:00pm and 4.6/12 in 18-49. <I>Dirty Sexy Money</I> came in third with 5.86 million viewers and 2.0/5, and <I>Lipstick Jungle</I> wound up in last place in the 10:00pm hour with 4.19 million and 1.6/4.<p><I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> came out on top Thursday with 19.17 million viewers and a score of 5.4/13 in the key demographic. <I>Grey's Anatomy</I> came in second with 14.21 million and 5.3/13. NBC and Fox shared third and fourth place. Game Two of the World Series had an average of 11.64 million viewers, earning it third place in overall viewers, while a combination of <I>The Office</I> (7.74 million) and <I>SNL Weekend Update</I> (8.55 million) earned fourth.
