Scripted TV had stiff competition.<p>On Monday, <I>CSI: Miami</I> earned the top spot at 10:00pm with 8.79 million viewers for its repeat. Game 5 of the <I>NHL Stanley Cup Finals</I> (with an average of 5.81 million viewers from 8:00-11:00pm) on NBC and the premiere of ABC's <I>The Mole</I> (4.73 million) came up short. In the 18-49 demographic, <I>Miami</I> pulled in a 2.6 rating/7 share. Game 5 averaged 2.5/7 and <I>Mole</I> ended up with 2.0/6.<p><I>CSI: New York</I> had 9.16 million viewers for its repeat on Wednesday, easily beating the competition--Game 6 of the <I>NHL Stanley Cup Finals</I> had an average of 7.02 million viewers from 8:00-11:00pm, and <I>Men in Trees</I> pulled in 5.25 million. In the 18-49 demo, <I>New York</I> had a rating/share of 2.2/6. This put it behind Game 6, which had an average of 3.0/9, but ahead of <I>Men</I>, which earned 1.4/4.<p><I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> aired two repeats on Thursday. At 8:00pm, <I>CSI</I> came in third with 8.23 million viewers behind <I>So You Think You Can Dance</I> with 9.08 million and <I>Jimmy Kimmel Live</I> with 8.58 million, but ahead of <I>Last Comic Standing</I>, which had 4.94 million viewers. In the 18-49 demo, <I>CSI</I> (1.9/4) was behind <I>Kimmel</I> (2.9/10, rising to 3.4/11 at the half-hour), <I>Dance</I> (3.3/10) and <I>Comic</I> (2.1/6).<p>At 9:00pm, the second <I>CSI</I> repeat pulled in 9.43 million viewers, putting it in second place behind the 9.60 million earned by Game 1 of the <I>NBA Finals</I>.
