The break is over, and Horatio is back at the top of the heap.<p>On Monday, the first post-strike episode of <I>CSI: Miami</I> easily won the 10:00pm hour. <I>Miami</I> had 15.54 million viewers in the first half-hour, rising to 16.12 million in the second half of the episode. In the crucial 18-49 demographic, the forensic drama pulled in a 4.7 rating/12 share at 10:00pm, increasing to 4.9/13 at 10:30pm. <I>Medium</I> came in second with an average of 8.82 million viewers and a score in the 18-49 demo that rose from 2.9/7 in the first half-hour to 3.0/8 in the second half.<p><I>CSI: New York</I>'s repeat on Wednesday came in second to a new episode of <I>Law and Order</I> with 7.46 million to <I>Law</I>'s 8.05 million overall viewers. In the 18-49 demo, <I>New York</I> trailed with 1.8/5 to <I>Law</I>'s 2.4/6. <I>New York</I> will battle <I>Law and Order</I> with a new episode next week.<p><I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> was pre-empted for the first day of the 2008 NCAA Basketball, Regional Semi-Finals.
