The franchise continues to fall short.<p>On Monday, <I>CSI: Miami</I>'s repeat beat a new episode of <I>Medium</I> in overall viewers, 10.20 million to 9.22 million. The places were flipped in the crucial 18-49 demographic, where <I>Medium</I> came out on top with a 2.9 rating/9 share compared to <I>Miami</I>'s 2.7/7.<p>A repeat of <I>CSI: New York</I> came in a solid second place on Wednesday against a new episode of <I>Law and Order</I>. <I>Law</I> pulled in 11.68 million viewers overall and a 3.3/9 in the 18-49 demo, while <I>New York</I> lagged behind with 6.37 million viewers and 1.9/5.<p><I>Lost</I> won the hour on Thursday with 11.87 million viewers and 4.8/13 in the vital demo. <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I> came in second in overall viewers (11.45 million), but it came in fourth in the 18-49 demographic.
