The franchise offers two new episodes, but the third series is preempted for political coverage.<p>On Monday at 10:00pm ET/PT, <I>CSI: Miami</I> deals with vicious killers in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/miami/season7/raging_cannibal.shtml">"Raging Cannibal"</a>: <p><dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>A savage double murder in the Everglades pits Horatio and the team against the brute force of Miami's Russian mob.</font><p></dt></dl><p><font color=yellow>Gina Lamar</font> directed the episode, which is her fifth for the series. Maite Schwartz appeared in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season6/room_service.shtml">"Room Service"</a> during the sixth season of <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I>. Andy Dylan coordinated stunts for ten episodes of <I>CSI</I>, including <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/csi/season7/leapin'_lizards.shtml">"Leapin' Lizards"</a>. The rest of the actors are appearing in the franchise for the first time.<p><I>CSI: New York</I> will not air on Wednesday. It is being preempted by the third and final presidential debate.<p>The second episode of <I>CSI: Crime Scene Investigation</I>'s ninth season airs Thursday at 9:00pm ET/PT.
