    What episode did Sara ask Grissom to have dinner with her, or when did sara start to like grissom.

    It was Play With Fire that she asked him to dinner, after the lab got blown up.

    I think she's always liked him - especially after what she said in Snakes:
    SARA: You've always been more then a boss to me...why d'you think I came to Vegas?

    Which makes me suspect that she's always had a crush on him but she really started to fall for him after they'd started working together.

    It's really a matter of opinion when Sara started falling for Grissom, but that's what I think anyway. Hope that helped :D
