Two members of the franchise offer fresh episodes this week.<p>On Monday at 10:00pm ET/PT, <I>CSI: Miami</I> will be preempted by the <I>NCAA Basketball Championship: From Detroit</I>.<p><I>CSI: New York</I> experiences déjà vu in <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season5/prey.shtml">"Prey"</a>, Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT:<p><dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>While investigating the shooting of a man in an empty theater, Stella realizes that the crime scene is oddly familiar and staged.</font><p></dt></dl><p><font color=yellow>Marshall Adams</font> has directed three previous episodes of <I>New York</I>, most recently season four's <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season4/family_ties.shtml">"All in the Family"</a>. <font color=yellow>Wendy Battles</font> wrote "Prey" with <font color=yellow>Noah Nelson</font>. Battles has penned six episodes for the show, including <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season5/rush_to_judgment.shtml">"Rush to Judgment"</a> from earlier this season. Nelson, who is the son of current <I>New York</I> recurring guest star <font color=yellow>Craig T Nelson</font> (Robert Dunbrook), has three writing credits for the show under his belt. I had no idea Noah Nelson was the son of Craig T. Nelson. That's cool that he wrote a episode for his Dad!

Technically, he wrote episodes long before Craig got a recurring role (1 in S3 and 2 in S4), and this one doesn't have his dad in it. But - I didn't know it either, so when I saw it on IMDb, I had to add that in. :D
