Please tell me which episode this is

I now have all the seasons (1-7) on dvd, and I was sure I had gone through them all. However I can remember watching this one episode on tv a while back, where warrick was working a case where this sales man was killed on a rooftop or something, and it ended up being some old army vet that killed him. For the life of me I can not find this episode on my dvds though, does anyone know what season it was in, or what it was called or anything that might help me find it?

I'm not quite which episode you're talking about, but I do remember an episode in either the second or third season that involved Warrick and Nick investigating a guy that did paragliding or something like that and it involved them checking out the roof.

There is also the second episode in season 1. They're investigating a guy who took a nasty fall from the roof after he hit the jackpot. I think some old guy had something to do with his death.
 
Nah I know which those both are and neither are the one im thinking of, thanks though. If I remember right the old guy that killed him, did it because the sales man kept calling him and trying to make him buy stuff, then the last straw was when the sales man came to give the old guy a ride to the bank, so the old guy shot him, missed the first time and shot his ear then killed him with the second shot. Thats really all I can remember from it..
