So, this might seem a bit random, but after years of watching CSI, this struck me as a bit odd: At the beginning of the episode "Unbearable", the crew is investigating an abandoned car, and when they're trying to figure out what happened to the driver, Sofia bluntly comments, "It's a Lexus. So it doesn't have OnStar."

From my knowledge, this is the only time a Lexus has appeared up on the show. Incidentally, this is the only time they've ever made a stab at a manufacturer for not having that feature, regardless of the dozens of other episodes where it would have been as important or more important to the plot. Since the car was the flagship model at the time, it makes it seem that much more likely that a bit of bias worked its way into the show, which seems very uncharacteristic of the series.

Just a thought

Onstar is a program on GM computers which when you use it will connect you to an operator in case you are in an accident, injured, whatever. Using statlites and GPS they can find you and contact help for you.
