Joe Chappelle has directed 17 previous episodes of Miami, the latest being "Throwing Heat", and he also directed an episode of CSI: New York during the show's first season, "Supply and Demand". "Stand Your Ground" is Marc Dube's nineteenth episode of Miami, and his previous credits include this season's premiere, "Dangerous Son". John Haynes has written fifteen episodes of Miami prior to this week, including "Inside Out".

"Supply and Demand" features the following actors and actresses in guest-starring roles:

[*]Johnny Whitworth as Jake Berkley[*]David Lee Smith as Rick Stetler[*]Charles Malik Whitfield as Andre Harding[*]Tanya Clarke as Valerie Gaynor[*]Jim True-Frost as Dave Keppling[*]Matt McTighe as Pete Morton[*]Jeff Leaf as Mark Boyd[*]Sasha Pieterse as Beth Buckley[*]Jake Abel as Charlie Sheridan[*]Cole Petersen as Logan Sheridan
Johnny Whitworth and David Lee Smith are reprising established characters. None of the other guest-stars have appeared in the CSI franchise before.

On Wednesday at 10:00pm EST, CSI: New York is airing "One Wedding and a Funeral", where the groom gets more than just cold feet:

Mac investigates a groom murdered on his wedding day, found stuffed and wrapped like a wedding present, and Stella finds a box of bloody puzzle pieces left on her car, which sends Mac home to Chicago to solve the biggest mystery of his life.

Rob Bailey has written 15 episodes of New York, including this season's "Time's Up". This is Barbie Kligman's first time writing for CSI: NY.

Here is a list of guest actors and actresses appearing on the show this week:

[*]Robert Joy as Dr Sid Hammerback[*]Emily Foxler as Emma Blackston[*]Bill Heck as Brett Dohn[*]Kerr Smith as Drew Bedford[*]Rich Voll as Geroge Foodim[*]Jason Pendergraft as Vinnie[*]Rob Evors as Timothy Maxwell[*]Jamie Chung as Misty[*]Joel Geist as John Andrews
Robert Joy returns as kooky coroner Sid Hammerback, and AJ Buckley is back with the series regulars in his continuing game of cast list musical chairs. (Whether he actually makes an appearance remains to be seen after he was MIA in the previous episode, despite being listed as a "special guest star".) Kerr Smith is back again as Stella's mysterious suitor, Drew Bedford. As with Miami this week, none of the other guest stars have appeared in the franchise before.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation rounds out the week with "You Kill Me" on Thursday at 9:00pm EST, and Hodges has a few tricks up his sleeve:

Hodges has ulterior motives when he stages hypothetical murders in the lab to give his colleagues a chance to play CSI. Also, everyone tries to reach out to Grissom after Sara's departure.

Paris Barklay has only directed one previous episode of CSI, last season's "Meet Market". Story writer Sarah Goldfinger has previously written 20 episodes of CSI, including last week's "Goodbye and Good Luck". Naren Shankar, who co-wrote the story and teleplay this week, also has "Goodbye and Good Luck" among his list of 32 CSI writing credits. Douglas Petrie co-wrote the teleplay with Shankar this week, and he has four previous episodes of CSI under his belt, including this season's "Go to Hell".

CSI welcomes back the following recurring guest actors and actresses this week:

[*]David Berman as David Phillips[*]Archie Kao as Archie Johnson[*]Liz Vassey as Wendy Simms[*]Gerald McCullough as Bobby Dawson[*]Sheeri Rappaport as Mandy Webster[*]Jon Wellner as Henry Andrews
"You Kill Me" is a rarity among CSI episodes because the cast this week contains only regular and recurring characters. David Berman, Archie Kao, Liz Vassey, Gerald McCullough, Sheeri Rappaport and Jon Wellner are all reprising established roles in the crime lab. McCullough is making his first appearance since "Redrum" midway through season seven.

"Stand Your Ground", "One Wedding and a Funeral" and "You Kill Me" begin airing November 19 on CBS.
