Official 'Permanent Vacation', 'Buzzkill' & 'Goodbye And Good Luck' Details

CSI Files

Captain
All three shows are airing new episodes this week, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation bids adieu to a main cast member.

Starting out the week on Monday at 10:00pm EST, CSI: Miami becomes a family affair in "Permanent Vacation":

CSI: New York keeps things going on Wednesday at 10:00pm EST with "Buzzkill", and it's a shocking experience for one model:

<dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>When a supermodel is found dead in a giant martini glass on a Times Square billboard, the CSI team follows the evidence in search of the party crasher.</font>

</dt></dl>

This is <font color=yellow>Jeffrey Hunt</font>'s second time directing New York, the other being "Obsession" in season three, and he has also directed five episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, including this season's "Go to Hell". This is <font color=yellow>Jill Abbinanti</font>'s first time writing for the CSI franchise.

This is his first time in front of the camera. Tracey Ruggiero worked as a stunt double in the CSI episode "Big Shots".

On Thursday, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation says "Goodbye and Good Luck" to one of its own at 9:00pm EST:

<dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>In Jorja Fox's last episode, a suspect from Sara's past returns, causing her to question her future as a CSI.</font>

He also directed last week's episode, "Who and What". <font color=yellow>Sarah Goldfinger</font> has written 20 episodes of CSI, including "A La Cart" from earlier this season. She wrote the story for this episode with <font color=yellow>Allen MacDonald</font>. MacDonald has written eight previous episodes of CSI, the latest being last week's "Who and What", which he co-wrote with <font color=yellow>Naren Shankar</font>. Shankar is an executive producer and writer of 31 previous episodes of the show. He and MacDonald co-wrote the teleplay for "Goodbye and Good Luck".
