Official 'Dangerous Son', 'Can You Hear Me Now?' & 'Dead Doll' Details

The hiatus is finally over and all three members of the CSI franchise will be airing their season premieres this week.

First, on Monday at 10:00pm EST, CSI: Miami will begin its sixth season with "Dangerous Son", in which Horatio Caine discovers a previously-unknown member of his family:

"Dangerous Son" was directed by <font color=yellow>Sam Hill</font>, who has directed eight previous episodes of Miami, the last one being the season five finale, "Born to Kill". In addition to "Dangerous Son", <font color=yellow>Marc Dube</font> has written 17 episodes of Miami and one episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation: season two's "You've Got Male". <font color=yellow>Krystal Houghton</font> has written seven episodes of Miami, the latest being last season's "Rush".

Sofia Milos, Johnny Whitworth and Boti Bliss will be playing previously-established characters. Evan Ellingson is joining the cast of Miami in a multi-episode arc as Kyle Harmon. Dexter Fletcher has appeared on Miami in three previous episodes as a S.W.A.T. leader, including "Lost Son", the episode where Tim Speedle (<font color=yellow>Rory Cochrane</font>) was killed. Several other guest stars in "Dangerous Son" have connections to the other shows in the CSI franchise. Tahmus Rounds was in the season seven finale of CSI, "Living Doll", as the Manager. Kevin Durand was in one episode of CSI as well: "Still Life" during season six. Lisa Sheridan was in the season four episode of CSI called "Bloodlines". Heather Hemmens was in the CSI: New York third season episode "Murder Sings the Blues".

On Wednesday at 10:00pm EST, CSI: New York will air "Can You Hear Me Now?", the fourth season premiere in which Mac returns from London to find Lady Liberty at the center of a crime scene:

<font color=yellow>David Von Ancken</font> has previously directed three episodes of New York. His latest work with the show was for season three's "And Here's to You, Mrs. Azrael". <font color=yellow>Zachary Reiter</font> has written eleven episodes of CSI: NY, including "Comes Around", episode 23 from season three. Executive Producer <font color=yellow>Pam Veasey</font> has written for 17 New York episodes. Her latest episode was the season three finale, "Snow Day".

Robert Joy and AJ Buckley are returning in roles that they have already established on the show. Bess Wohl will be joining the cast as the new lab tech, Kendell, who will be recurring in at least a few upcoming episodes. Wohl has previously appeared on New York in an unrelated role in season one's "Til Death Do We Part". Misha Collins was in the episode of the original CSI called "Nesting Dolls" in season five.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation rounds out the week of CSI premieres with "Dead Doll", the resolution to season seven's cliffhanger finale on Thursday at 9:00pm EST:

<font color=yellow>Kenneth Fink</font>, one of the show's executive producers, is directing this episode. He has directed 40 episodes over the course of the past seven years, including "Living Doll". <font color=yellow>Dustin Lee Abraham</font> has written 13 episodes of CSI, the latest being "Big Shots". The other episode writer, <font color=yellow>Allen MacDonald</font>, is also no stranger to CSI. He has written six episodes including "Empty Eyes".

Louise Lombard is returning to CSI as a previously-established recurring character. Larry Mitchell is also reprising his role as Officer Mitchell. The character of Natalie Davis first appeared in the season seven finale, "Living Doll", and Jessica Collins will be returning to reprise the role in "Dead Doll". John Everlove has played a paramedic in two previous episodes of CSI including "Law of Gravity". Zach Grenier has appeared on both CSI: Miami (in "Fade Out") and CSI: NY (in "Recycling").

The character of Natalie Davis first appeared in the season seven finale, "Living Doll", but she will be played by a different actress (with the same name) in "Dead Doll".

Methinks not so much, since the previews have Jessica Collins II in them (can you believe there are THREE women with that name in the SAG!?).

I've heard it both ways, but we'll see. The odds of having a different woman with the same name are slim, but the promo where she's lowering the car down on top of Sara doesn't look like the same woman to me...:confused:
