Official 'CSI: My Nanny' & 'The Thing About Heroes' Details

CSI Files

Captain
The final week of November sweeps for the CSI franchise finds two new episodes hitting the airwaves.

Starting out the week on Monday at 10:00pm EST, CSI: Miami airs "CSI: My Nanny", where money can't buy you an alibi:

Lifestyles of the rich and famous come under the CSI microscope when a wealthy family's nanny turns up dead.

"CSI: My Nanny" was directed by Jonathan Glassner, who has acted as writer, consulting producer and director for Miami in the past. The last episode he directed for the show was "The Score" in season four. Corey Miller co-wrote this episode and has writing credit for seventeen more episodes of Miami, including this season's "Sunblock". The other co-writer of "CSI: My Nanny", Krystal Houghton, has her name attached to nine previous episodes of the show. The last episode she wrote was "Permanent Vacation", which aired several weeks ago.

"CSI: My Nanny" stars the following actors and actresses in guest roles:

[*]Justin Bruening as Craig Abbott[*]William R. Moses as Dennis Lambert[*]Jordan Garrett as Jonah Lambert[*]Ellery Sprayberry as Megan Lambert[*]Kristin Richardson as Kate Lambert[*]Matt Stasi as Matthew Finn[*]Lorena Bernal as Mia Fernandez[*]Paula Miranda as Rebecca[*]Henri Lubatti as Ron Coswell[*]Sonalii Castillo as Vanessa Waters[*]Curt Doussett as Wayne[/list]

Kristin Richardson has appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, in the season six episode "Room Service". Henri Lubatti was also on CSI, in the episode "Swap Meet" during the show's fifth season. None of the other guest stars in this week's episode have appeared in the CSI franchise before.

CSI: New York continues the week with "The Thing About Heroes" on Wednesday at 10:00pm EST, and things get very personal for Mac:

Mac closes in on the 333 stalker, puts together clues from Chicago and New York and finally figures out the significance of the numbers 333.

Since no press release has been issued for "The Thing About Heroes" at this time, we can't share information about the writer(s), director or guest stars. The episode guide will be updated if and when further information becomes available.

On Thursday at 9:00pm EST, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is airing a rerun instead of a new episode for the final week of November sweeps. With only eleven episodes prepared for the season, the show seems to be holding on to the final three episodes to make them last a little bit longer while the writers' strike is going on. This week, CSI will air the second episode from the current season, "A La Cart". In that episode, Grissom, Nick and Greg investigate the death of a young man who was decapitated while riding a go-cart. Meanwhile, Catherine, Warrick and Brass look into the death of an older man who was dining in a special restaurant that serves its patrons in the dark. "A La Cart" is also the episode that showed Sara and Grissom speaking to Ecklie about their relationship and making a decision about how to go forward with both their personal and professional lives.

"CSI: My Nanny", "The Thing About Heroes" and the rerun of "A La Cart" begin airing November 26, 2007 on CBS.

Re: Official 'CSI: My Nanny' & 'The Thing About Heroes' Deta

I still can't figure out why they never put out a press release for "The Thing About Heroes"--they already put one out for episode 11, but they seem to have forgotten episode 10.

Maybe since this episode appears to be a big one in terms of the 333 caller, TPTB think that if they do a press release showing who's in it that it'll be a dead giveaway as to their identity.

Re: Official 'CSI: My Nanny' & 'The Thing About Heroes' Deta

I suppose. However, they were originally talking about wanting to get a 'big name' to play one of the roles, and if they ended up doing that, having people actually know about it would get some buzz going. But of course, they might not have gone with a big name.
