Helena Mattsson was also on New York, in "City of the Dolls". Vincent M. Ward was in "Viva Las Vegas" during CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's fifth season.

On Wednesday, CSI: New York airs "Commuted Sentences", in which sexual predators are targeted:

<dl><dt><dd><font color=yellow>Mac and the team find a man stabbed to death in Madison Square Park and a woman shot dead on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art . and they soon realize that the two victims have a criminal past in common.</font>

<font color=yellow>Oz Scott</font> has directed five previous episodes of New York, including this season's "The Deep". "Commuted Sentences" is <font color=yellow>John Dove</font>'s third episode of New York. The last episode he wrote was "Sleight Out of Hand" in season three. New York fans might recognize Dove from his appearances on the show as Detective John Scagnetti, aka "Detective Prada" ("Grand Murder at Central Station"), during the show's second season.

The following actors and actresses will guest-star in "Commuted Sentences":

Suzanne Reed previously appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in "Pirates of the Third Reich". Lauren Stamile was in the CSI: Miami episode "Spring Break". Dax Griffin has appeared on both Miami ("After the Fall") and the original CSI ("Organ Grinder").

<font color=yellow>Kenneth Fink</font> has directed 41 previous episodes of CSI, his last episode being this season's premiere, "Dead Doll". "Dead Doll" also featured <font color=yellow>Allen MacDonald</font> as a writer and was the seventh episode he'd written for the show. <font color=yellow>Naren Shankar</font>, like Fink and MacDonald, worked on "Dead Doll". "Commuted Sentences" is John Dove's third episode of New York. The last episode he wrote was "Sleight Out of Hand" in season three. New York fans might recognize Dove from his appearances on the show as Detective John Scagnetti, aka "Detective Prada" ("Grand Murder at Central Station"), during the show's second season.

OMG, I did not realize that the guy who played Detective Scagnetti was a writer for the show! That's pretty cool. :D I kinda liked "Detective Prada", I hope we see his character on the show again soon, hehe. And Angell will be in this episode too, I love her. ;)

Anthony Ruivivar as Det. Ruben Bejarano
Woot! :D I loved watching him on Traveler (I still hate ABC for treating the show like crap and then cancelling it) as Agent Borjes. I gotta remember to watch Without a Trace after; I stopped watching the show last year.
