"We're using it as an opportunity to make sure that consumers have the right message about biotech."<p><li> <I>CSI</I>'s newest investigator, <font color=yellow>Lauren Lee Smith</font> (Riley Adams) said she hopes her character's relationship with Greg Sanders (<font color=yellow>Eric Szmanda</font>) doesn't evolve into anything romantic. "The chemistry between Eric and I is very sort of 'brother-sister.' It's always more interesting when they keep it platonic," she told <A class="link" HREF="http://www.tvguide.com/News/24-CSI-NCIS-35337.aspx">TV Guide</a>.<p><li> Swedish physician <font color=yellow>Anders Persson</font>, MD, PhD and his colleagues at the Center for Medical Image Science and Visualization (CMIV) produce 3D images of inside the human body with a combination of techniques including magnetic resonance, ultrasound and positron emisson tomography. The images are compiled to create rich, detailed pictures that are especially useful in forensic investigations.
