[*]The New York Post has the first picture of <font color=yellow>George Eads</font> (Nick Stokes) as Evel Knievel, the daredevil stuntman who rose to fame in the 1970s. The biopic is set to air July 30th on TNT.

[*]Newsday.com has an article about the onslaught of recent successful television shows set in Vegas. The article notes that CSI: Crime Scene Investigation was the show that started the trend. The article includes a quote from executive producer <font color=yellow>Carol Mendelsohn</font>, who notes that Vegas "has become more and more a character on CSI."

[*]After <font color=yellow>David Caruso</font>'s (Horatio Caine) performance was panned in the New Jersey Star-Ledger, reader <font color=yellow>Todd Slater</font> wrote in to note that Caruso's (as well as CSI star <font color=yellow>William Petersen</font>) over-the-top performance and one-liners were essential to the slick atmosphere of the show. "[Caruso's performance] brings to the show an element of subtle campiness that, at least for me, is what makes it so enjoyable," Slater wrote.
