CBS CEO <font color=yellow>Les Moonves</font> contends that even reruns of these shows outperform reality TV in the ratings.

[*]The New Jersey Star Ledger has printed several letters from readers criticizing <font color=yellow>David Caruso</font>'s (Horatio Caine) performance in comparison to that of <font color=yellow>Gary Sinise</font> (Mac Taylor).

[*]The Floridian's television critic <font color=yellow>Eric Deggans</font> mentioned CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in an article about how television's top-rated shows are no longer its best. While reality TV drew the harshest criticism, Deggans commented that CSI, while "TV's top-rated show, is hardly considered TV's best drama."
