'New York' Visits Jersey

The truth will soon be revealed.<p><I>CSI: New York</I> filmed part of their season premiere, <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season5/veritas.shtml">"Veritas"</a> on location in Jersey City, New Jersey. The episode picks up where <A class="link" HREF="http://www.csifiles.com/episodes/newyork/season4/hostage.shtml">"Hostage"</a> left off, and Mac Taylor (<font color=yellow>Gary Sinise</font>) is in trouble. "In the season opener, you're going to find out actually what happened after the season ender of season four," Sinise explained to <A class="link" HREF="http://www.etonline.com/">Entertainment Tonight</a>. "Mac finds himself kind of in a remote area, where he's not quite sure where he is or how he got there. At the end of season four, you realize that he's indeed been duped by the bad guy, and we're left wondering what's going to happen to him."<p>Mac's fate isn't the only thing that is going to be revealed in the premiere. Don Flack (<font color=yellow>Eddie Cahill</font>) will be reconnecting with a family member this season. "We meet my sister, which is kinda cool," Cahill said. "She's peripherally tied to this case. So that's kinda big. We meet another Flack."<p><I>CSI: NY</I> only films on location a few times a year, instead shooting the majority of the season in Los Angeles. Cahill said he enjoys filming in New York. "I like coming back here to shoot a lot for a bunch of reasons," he explained. "One, it's nice to pretend you're in the environment when you're actually in the environment. And two, I get to visit with friends and family."<p>"The show moving to New York would mean that I would pretty much have to commute on the weekends or move to New York, and I could never do that because my kids go to school out there," Sinise explained. "I have teenagers, and our life is out there." Cahill, on the other hand, wouldn't mind if the show were to film exclusively in the Big Apple. "Since season one I've been thinking the show should move here," he said with a smile. "But that's simply selfish. It's not a possibility, but I do dream about it. Aww, nice interview. Eddie looks so happy when he's talking about filming the show in NY. :lol:

I can't wait to see the season premiere! :D And I'm definitely looking forward to meeting another Flack.
 
Yeah, Eddie was so cute when he was talking about filming in New York. The very end of the video was adorable. :lol:

I'm definitely looking forward to meeting Flack's sister. It'll be nice to see our favorite detective in a different situation and get to see him interact with a family member.
 
Hah, Eddie was so adorable in that interview. I'm really excited that we get to see a Flack family member! Finally! Haha, did you catch Eddie in the wifebeater! So hot! :lol: :drool:
 
Yeah, I noticed him with the button-down shirt off. It was hot (as in record temperature hot) that day, if I recall from a previous interview. :p

Having seen the premiere - I'm excited for more Flack family drama. :D

Ditto! This really bodes well for the upcoming season for Flack. Wheeee! :lol: I love it!
 
I'm probably gonna sound like a dumbass... but am I the only one who didn't know that Gary had kids? Not that it's weird or anything I just never thought about it so it caught me off guard. :lol:

Eddie is so adorable. I can has him nao plz? :adore:
 
:lol: I knew Gary had kids, but I know what you mean - it can be weird to find out someone has a family when you didn't know it (even if logically you know they most likely do). :p

Eddie is definitely a cutie-pie. If you want him, you've gotta share with the rest of us. ;)
