The latest episode of CSI: New York, “Rest in Peace, Marina Garito”, was down in overall viewers from the previous episode with 10.62 million people tuning in. Hopefully NY can get past this slump. I'm not sure how big of a chunk SVU is actually taking out of NY's viewers, but I don't think it's a coincidence that these past two episodes have been so low up against SVU.
