Need help w/ episode name, and what the girl had.

the episode that i watched was where the girl had killed her mother, and was "pregnant" with her fathers child, but was still a virgin. i was wondering what it was that "cathrine" had said it was. it was were if your body thinks its pregnant you will start having pregnancy symptoms, ( i.e breasts will start to swell, and abdomen will start to swell). thank you in advance for any iformation you might have.
 
I remember the episode but not what they called it. Since we have a questions thread, I'll post this in there and someone can help us out. :)
