Moderator Changes Welcome & Farewell

I thought we could stop the revolving door and say welcome two new mods and say farewell to one mod.

I 'awwed' when I saw this thread. It's hard to see Cofi go because she's been there for a while and she was so great! It's an honor to fill her shoes
