Marquez Drops Suit Against Caruso

In April, CSI Files reported that CSI: Miami’s leading man, David Caruso (Horatio Caine), was being sued by the mother of his two children, Liza Marquez. Last week, Marquez filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court to have the lawsuit dismissed. The document states that Marquez “is not recovering anything of value” from the suit.
