A man named Johnny Bibbins dressed up as a woman to rob a bank in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He said he got the idea from watching an episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (possibly “The Happy Place”). You can watch a video clip about the story after the jump:

Dressing as a woman to rob a bank would most likely be "and Then there were none" from season 2 - the one with the return of Tammy Felton.
 
Ah, very possible - I'd forgotten about that one. "The Happy Place" is the first one that came to mind since it included crossdressing to rob a bank.
