Hello everyone! I talked to cinegirl and she agreed to let me run the next LIMS 
There is a twist, however! Everyone can enter, but I'm going to do something to make things a little more interesting:
You can only use CERTAIN resources in your software.
That's right. That means one round you may not be able to use brushes or textures, the next no text or color layer. This is to give those who may not have access to all those goodies a fair chance. It's also to test your creativity. Let's see what you come up with!
The rules are basically the same as last time.
RULES
- Comment to sign up for LIMS #3. PM me if for some reason I have not included your name on the sign-up list and I will add you!
- FREE PASSES can only be used ONCE. If for some reason you are unable to participate (life tends to get in the way) notify me and I will give you your free pass. If you fail to participate in a round twice, sorry but you will be disqualified.
- ANYONE can vote for icons in the LIMS. Please provide a valid reason for voting for the icons you feel are of least quality. Vote for the one you liked least as #1, the second one #2 and the third of lesser quality as #3.
- YOUWOWEDQUOTH is like Mod's Choice But since I am not a mod, I had to make up a different name :lol: After every round I will choose an icon that I feel is of the best quality given the limited resources you were provided with and you will recieve a banner. However I will tell you that I am pretty strict It takes more than colors and text to wow me. I'm looking for creativity and diversity as well as quality.
- CREATIVITY is a must. Given the pics you will be provided with, use all the tricks up your sleeve.
