which thing you can say to me with regard to this series? it is true that they have only made 13 episodes?
 
Is this about the 1994 Videogame or the show with Chi McBride in it, set in San Francisco and a more grisly version of CSI?
 
It's about the brief run on Fox with Chi McBride, Johnny Messner, and Kristin Lehman. For trivia buffs, IMDB.com shows that British Columbia, Canada, stood in for San Francisco. Now, would any TV series mislead us like that? (Cough *CSI's* cough.)
 
Vancouver, British Columbia, my friend, has doubled for many real cities: New York (i.e. Rumble in the Bronx), Seattle (The Sentinel, Dark Angel, The 4400, Millennium), Washington DC (The X-Files), and San Francisco (Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, Killer Instinct); And some fictional ones: (Metropolis (Smallville), Port Columbia (Mantis).
 
I loved Killer Instinct. In the UK we saw all the episodes and they were fantastic. I hate that it never really got a chance and was cancelled after only 9 episodes. I'm sure it could have become popular if it had been given a chance.

I liked the way everything was shot. In that moody blue light. I like the crimes, heck I even like the pacing of the show.

But that Jack Hale guy didn't do it for me. I'm not sure if it was because of his voice or the fact he's YET ANOTHER protagonist with the name JACK...but ugh.
