this is written from the main character's pov but has some parts she is not there for.

Sara's parents are foster parents and Sofia is one of their foster kids so is Charlotte (charlie) brown.

mother of 4 children, Christopher, Grace-jane, Henry, Jacob.
* Christopher James (Dad)-9th May 1945 married to Laura Faith (mom)- 27th June 1946.

* James. Born 17th march 1965 (40). Not married. one son James Junior.
* Sara. Born 18th Sept 1972 (33). one daughter Harley Rain(4weeks).
son Levi (16) who live with his father.
* Rebekah. Born 31st june 1977 (28).
* William. Born 1st october 1981 (24).

Mother of 3 children, Gil, Anna, Riley, Jessica. Gil is only Vern's child.

Daughter that he has never meet.
* Anna Francis - 19th sept 1975 (30). Mother of 3 children & Married but widowed.

* Richard Junior -31st Dec 1944. Married twice. 5 children. 2 grandchildren.
* Paris - 3rd July 1948. Married. 2 children.
* James - 5th august 1949. Gay. 3 children.
* Webster - 5th august 1949. Died Vietnam war.
* Calvin - 3rd June 1950. Not married.
* Erica - 11th may 1952. Mother of 2. Died 1972. (Warrick's mother died his birth.)

Nakia's daughter. doesnt know who her father is.
 
Intro:

I’ve been living here for a few years after mom died.
Where do you say? Tamales Bay is where and with a family of 8 children run by a man called Christopher James Sidle Snr and a woman called Laura Faith Sidle.
Why am I here?” Well when my mom died no one could find my dad. Plus Laura & Christopher are my guardians.
What is my name? Charlie “Charlie” Destiny Brown.
Age & Race? 17 years of age for the next 2 days and I’m mixed raced. My mom was African-American and my dad was white.
 
Chapter One

Thanksgiving

I’ve invited my uncle Rick for the holiday season.
“Charlie, where are you?” Laura called.
“I’m in my room. Why?” I called walking to the door.
I opened the door to find her standing at the door.
“Chris called. They are on their way home. Do you know where the twins are?”
“What set?”
“My babies!”
“Jesse & Bryson are in the TV room. Linden & Niko are doing what every 16 year old does. Will is with his girlfriend down at the beach. Rebekah is in town catching up with friends from high school.”

I wiped my eyes but she noticed that I had been crying for the first time in 2 months.
“Charlie what’s wrong?”
I walked over to my nightstand and pulled out the photo.
“James is my doctor now and he gave me a bit of surprising news.” I handed her the photo.
“Your pregnant”
“3 months 2 weeks. Yes it is his baby!”
“Jackson would be proud of you. I’m proud of you, so what’s happening with college?”
“It’s still going ahead. I’ve talked with the college department head. She said I could take off the time when I’m due. Does this mean I can stay here?”
“I’m okay with it but you need to talk to Chris.”

In Chris’s car

“Sir can I ask. Do you know Sara Sidle?” Warrick asked Chris.
“One thing call me Chris & Yes Sara is my eldest daughter. How do you know her?”
“She’s my baby sister at work. See I work for the Vegas Crime lab. Congratulations on becoming a grandfather”
“What are you talking about?”
“Oh I thought you knew. Oh god Sara’s going to kill me”
“I’ll kill you if you don’t tell me.”

They pulled into town.
“8 ½ months ago she became a victim. A Den Blackman raped her. 6 months and living with her boyfriend she found out she was pregnant. 4 weeks ago she gave birth to a little girl who looks like Sara.”
“I have a grand daughter. Does she have a name?”
“Harley Rain Sidle. She’s perfect in every way. I was with Sara when she went into labour. Plus I’m Harley’s godfather.”
“Thanks for telling me. I wont kill you coz then Charlie would kill me.”

Back at the house

The phone rang as we made our way down stairs to the kitchen.
I got it as I was the closest.
“Sidle Residence, Charlie speaking”
“It’s Sara we have just pulled into the driveway.”
“Have you told them about Harley?”
“No. Just come down”
“I’ll meet you at the deck.”

I hung up and Laura said, “ Who was that?”
“Sara. They have just arrived.”

We walked out to the deck to see Sara reaching into the back of the car.
She pulled out a car pod and was joined by her boyfriend.
“Hey mom. Hey Charlie. This is Harley Rain, mom your granddaughter and this is my boyfriend Gil.”
“Good to see you again Gil. It’s been what…nearly 18 years. Are you my grand baby’s father?”
“No ma’am. Have you seen Nakia lately?”

I started to cry and ran off to the tyre swing.
I noticed Sara pass Harley to Gil and followed me.

“Gil, Nakia died in a crash in 1999”
“Why did Charlie run off?”
“Charlotte aka Charlie is Nakia’s daughter. Your daughter!”
“Why didn’t anyone tell me?” Gil said shocked
“Child services tried to locate you. They failed. Nakia gave us guardianship before she died. Charlie took it hard.”
“Did I hit a sore point?”
“She’s very emotional at the moment. Her boyfriend died on the sports field 2 months ago.”

Just then a car pulled into the drive and two occupancies got out, Sara & I had joined Laura & Gil again.
“Now where’s that favourite Niece of mine?” a voice called.
“Uncle Rick” I said walking up to him.
“Charlie it’s good to see you. I’ve missed you so much. Grams has too!” He said hugging me.
“Warrick!” Sara said noticing her best friend.
“Sar-bear, Gris what are you guys doing here?”
“Warrick, my mom and dad are raising Charlie. So Nakia was your sister?”
“She was the only sibling I had.”

Christopher came up to Sara and said “So when am I going to meet my new Grand daughter?”
“How did you know?”
“I told Rick I’d kill him if he didn’t tell me.”

Just then a nice silver Lexus pulled up the drive, I knew who it was. So did Laura.
A tall blonde got out of the car and headed towards us, uncle rick’s jaw had dropped.
“Hey Laura” She said
“Sofia it’s good to see you again. I knew you would keep your word into coming back to visit” I said
“Charlie I never break a promise. Oh my god Sara I haven’t seen you since you left for Las Vegas.”
“Gil, Warrick this is Sofia. She was one of mom and dad’s foster children. Fia this is my boyfriend Gil and Warrick is Charlie’s only uncle. So What does Charlie mean by you kept your word and came back?”
“I came back for Jackson’s funeral. I was actually at the game that killed him. I was there for her when it all went down. Now who’s this?” pointing to Harley.
“my daughter Harley Rain Sidle. She’s 4 weeks old tomorrow.”

The adults headed inside, everyone apart from me and Christopher.
“Harley what’s puzzling you?”
“I’m scared to what your are going to say when I tell you.”
“Just tell me”
“A month before Jackson died we slept together. We were safe but now that doesn’t really matter. I’ve talked to Laura about this when you went to pick up Uncle Rick.”
“Your pregnant right. I’m getting the feeling that there’s more”
“Your feeling is right but I haven’t told Laura this part. But James found proof of more than one baby.”
“Twins so why do you need to talk to me about staying here?”
“How did you know?”
“Darling I can sense these things. You can stay here as long as you like. You have my support.”
“Thanks Chris”

“Yeah thanks Granddad” a voice came from behind us.
We turned to see Levi standing there.
“Levi shit you need to stop doing that” Chris said
“What Chris did you sense that he was behind us?”
“I was worried about you. Levi your mother is here and brought you a surprise.”
 
Oh... :eek: A new story ! Yeah !

I read the beginn and I must say, that sounds condemned very good for me. And I like your idea !

I can't wait, to read more... ;)
 
Chapter 2 Part One
In the house

Jesse was heading back from the kitchen when she walked into the back of Sara’s legs.
Sara looked down to see her baby sister “Jesse”
“Sara you’re back.”
Sara bent down and picked her up.
“I missed you Sara”
“So did I Jesse. Jesse this is my other half Gil and your niece Harley”
“I have a niece. Bryson is playing on the computer he has missed you lots too”
“You go get him for me. Mom how has things here been?”
“Sara I had to book you in a room at the B&B. with Levi staying here we don’t have much room”
“Why is he staying here? Richard was supposed to be caring for him.”
“Sara I thought someone had told you. Richard died 6 weeks ago in Iraq. His girlfriend didn’t like Levi so she kicked him out.”
“Oh my poor baby”.

That’s the first thing we heard as we entered the room.
“Mom I’m fine. Just like Charlie Brown is,” Levi said
“Not funny Levi” I stated as I walked over to Uncle Rick and sit down.

Sara sat down next to Gil and everyone else sat down.
Laura turned to me and said “Charlotte why don’t you take Warrick to James’s old room. It’s all made up!”
“Okay. Uncle Rick follow me I think they want to talk to Sara & Gil”
Sofia looked at Laura and said “Hey Charlie wait for me.”
