Horatio Takes On A Natural Born Killer

CSI Files

Captain
Horatio (<font color=yellow>David Caruso</font>) finds himself in serious danger when he encounters his latest foe, a man with an extra Y-chromosome.

Executive producer <font color=yellow>Ann Donahue</font> explained the genetic anomaly to TV Guide. "Usually girls have XX chromosomes and boys have XY, but this killer is XYY, which means too much testosterone," she said. All of that extra testosterone will spell out a lot of trouble for Horatio and his team.

"Horatio almost dies!" Donahue teased. Dealing with this serial killer becomes even more complicated when the team finds out that he has an accomplice. "It turns out to be two serial killers," Caruso revealed. "Very scary!"

Caruso is looking forward to the summer hiatus, but he likes the fact that CSI: Miami gives him a chance to be "more than [I am] in real life." The show will resume production in July.
