CSI Files

Captain
Horatio discovers the suspect he's chasing to New York is actually an undercover police officer in the episode "MIA/NYC-NONSTOP."

The Futon Critic recently released more detailed summaries of May sweeps shows, including the penultimate episode of CSI: Miami's second season. Here is the extended summary:

When evidence at a murder investigation leads the CSIs to believe that the killer may be in New York City, Horatio takes his investigation to the Big Apple, on CSI: Miami, Monday, May 17 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Co-executive producer Danny Cannon directed the episode written by CSI: Miami's creators and Executive Producers Anthony E. Zuiker, Ann Donahue and Carol Mendelsohn. Gary Sinise (Forrest Gump), Melina Kanakaredes (Providence), Vanessa Ferlito (24), Carmine Giovinazzo (Black Hawk Down) and Hill Harper (The Handler) guest star in the episode, which filmed on location in New York City. Horatio tracks the perpetrator of two brutal murders in Miami to New York City, only to discover that the man he thought was the suspect is found dead at another crime scene. The victim is identified as an undercover NYC police officer, prompting Horatio to join forces with Det. Mac Taylor (Sinise) and his team of forensic investigators who include Stella Bonasera (Kanakaredes), Aiden Burn (Ferlito), Danny Messer (Giovinazzo) and Dr. Sheldon Hawkes (Harper). Now, Horatio and New York City CSIs must follow the evidence to find a killer.
The Futon Critic also posted additional information about CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's fourth season finale. The episode, "Bloodlines", revolves around a rape victim who identifies the attacker, but the evidence contradicts her. Here is the summary:

After a rape victim identifies her rapist, Grissom and his team struggle to find the physical evidence to convict the perpetrator when it points in a different direction, on the fourth-season finale of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Thursday, May 20 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Ken Fink directed the episode from a teleplay by one of the series’ executive producers, Carol Mendelsohn & Naren Shankar and a story by Eli Talbert & Sara Goldfinger. The female victim, who barely escapes death, identifies her rapist but the DNA evidence suggests that he is not the person responsible. Meanwhile, Grissom comes to the rescue of one of the CSI members who lands on the other side of the law.
