just watched the new csi and horasios brother was in it in brazil. thought he was allready dead thought that he got shot ages ago. can some one please clear this up for me. thanks
He was thought to be killed. But in season three we learn that he was actually deep undercover and the 'killer' was another agent. At the end of season three he reunites with Yelana and leaves for Brazil. In the Brazil episode he dies for real.
