Help! Need info please!

Ok, this is my first post, but I need info and this seems like the best place to find it. I have two questions:
1.)Does anyone know how old Nick is? (by which I mean the character)
2.)Does anyone have an idea about Lady Heather's last name?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I'm working on a fic and I want to make sure I get the right details for it! Once it's done, I'll post on here! Thank you!

I don't know how old Nick is, I would say he's 34 or 35. I don't know Lady Heather's last name, maybe someone can explains.

Heather's daughter's last name was Kessler - so I'm guessing that's probably Heather's last name too - since there was no mention of a father at anytime.
